For our team, the well-being of you and your unborn baby is our number one priority. We make every effort to make you enjoy the ultrasound and feel safe. The sonographer is happy to take the time for you and creates a relaxed atmosphere. Our practice assistants are also happy to help you.

Is there something going on? Tell us what’s on your mind

It may happen that you are still not completely satisfied, despite our good intentions. Are you dissatisfied with something? Then tell us, preferably with the sonographer or her collegue. We are happy to make a separate appointment so that we can talk undisturbed and find a solution.

Mediation by the complaints officer

Not satisfied with the outcome of the conversation with us? Or do you find it difficult to communicate your complaint? Then you can turn to the independent complaints officer. This person will review with you what options are available to properly treat your complaint. The complaints officer also mediates if necessary. The help of a complaint officer is free of charge.

The disputes committee

Does the complaint officer’s mediation not have the desired result? Then you can take your complaint to the Health Care Disputes Committee. This committee also considers claims for damages. Privacy

You can count on us to take your complaint seriously and to keep your information strictly confidential. In order to investigate the complaint, it may be necessary for the complaints officer to see your medical records. In that case, we ask your permission. The complaints officer have the same duty of confidentiality as your health care providers. Your complaint is an important tool for improving the quality of our care and services.
